Adeshina Ajayi is a Nigerian-born tech visionary, blockchain consultant, author, and educator — known for his drive to democratize blockchain knowledge and foster financial empowerment across Africa and beyond.

He is the Founder and CEO of Digital Focus (Nigeria & USA), through which he leads blockchain education, consulting and development services.

As an author, Ajayi has written several books — including The Blockchain Pathway, Wealth Transfer, Blockchain for Non‑Techies, and works addressing how blockchain can solve real-life problems in Africa. (

Coming from humble beginnings — raised in a family that struggled financially after his parents’ divorce — Ajayi transformed early adversity into motivation. He studied at Empowerment College Leadership School in Lagos and over the years held various business development roles before pivoting into blockchain and education.

Through Digital Focus and his mentorship and educational programmes, he claims to have trained and certified over 2,000 blockchain professionals, helping many young Africans gain in-demand skills, unlock global opportunities, and pursue financial independence.
