Don’t be hard on yourself, young mind,
You’re not asking for the wrong things in life.
At the proper time, you’ll enjoy them, you’ll shine.
If only I could paint reality with beauty for you,
To show that some men’s hearts still cherish and adore,
The souls of loved ones, and the love they hold in store.
But I might not be the one to make it clear,
Yet I hope you meet the best, dear one, my dear.
These words come from my heart, with love so true,
Dear Sisi, with all my love, I’m thinking of you.
