All press releases must be newsworthy, covering major events, expansions, and milestones.

  • Press releases must be between 500  and 1,500 words.
  • They should read like a news announcement.
  • Content must be accurate, free of aggressive language, slander, or unverified claims
  • We do not accept submissions with strong religious or political opinions
  • Press releases should be written in the third person, with first-person references allowed only in direct quotes.
  • Each release must follow a logical press release structure, including
    • Headline (concise, under 10 words)
    • Summary
    • Main content
    • Closing comment
  • Subheadings are generally not included in news announcements.
  • All press releases must originate from a specific city and country.
  • Press releases must be formatted properly, with each paragraph separated by a line break.
  • We do not allow (X)HTML formatting; however, bold text, backlinks, and clickable email addresses can be included.
  • All submissions must be free of spelling and grammatical errors. We will not proofread or edit your content.
  • Duplicate content previously submitted elsewhere will be rejected.
  • Each press release must contain valid media contact details, including a contact name and email address where necessary.
  • Hyperlinks must be relevant and should direct readers to supporting information, such as graphics, documents, or official sources. Links used solely for promotional purposes will be removed.
  • Each submission must include one main image (.jpg or .png format).
  • Additional images may be submitted, but their inclusion is not guaranteed.
  • Company logos are not permitted within press releases.
  • We reserve the right to reject, modify, or delete any content deemed offensive, slanderous, racist, inflammatory, sexually explicit, or promoting violence or terrorism.
  • If a press release contains grandiose claims (e.g., endorsements, partnerships, or extraordinary achievements), we may request additional proof before publication.
  • All submissions must be made from a valid business email address. If authenticity is uncertain, additional verification may be required.
  • You may opt for our Editorial Service for a fee starting at 10,0000 (+VAT) to refine and optimize the content.
