In the newly ranked top 10 best universities in the world, University of Oxford maintains the number 1 spot, while Harvard University occupies the 3rd position. These rankings are important either for mere admiration or as a guide when it comes to choosing where to study.
These institutions are ranked based on four performance indicators: teaching, research, knowledge transfer and international outlook as presented by Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2021.
