TERMS OF SERVICE

Please state if you agree to the following terms or otherwise. You can also raise questions for clarifications or bargain them.

1. You are acting as an agent of ACEworld Publishers. Though not a staff but an independent contractor (in the following capacity)

2. The client may ask further questions or further stretch the services. You are at liberty to engage but keep me informed of everything.

2. You can upsell to the client (even encouraged). And if at all they speak of being interested in any other service, you are free to bill them for it professionally. Anything is welcome as long as the client is happy and we make more money.

3. If at any point the client begins to act irrational and you feel uncomfortable, please hand over the issue to me to fix. In an informal language, before you treat their fuck up if they are deserving of it, allow me to handle it.

4. Please inform me of any other benefit, gigs, packages or services you get booked for as a direct result of this deal, and then we discuss how best to navigate the financial aspect.

5. As stated earlier, you are an independent contractor. You are not to report to me on any decision as regard this particular service. As long as the client is informed and you deem it fit as the professional, please go ahead. You only need to keep me informed of the progress. You are your own boss here.

6. You will be paid #50,000 for this service. #12,000 goes to the company. This is open to negotiation.
